# Trading Tools

At the time cryptocurrencies, whether on the Binance, Solana, Base, Ethereum, or any other chain, launch, it is very often impossible to buy them on Centralized Exchanges. Instead, these 'DeFi' tokens launch through a decentralized listing on Uniswap or any other Decentralized exchange. As such, investors had to traditionally rely on slow and often broken platforms like uniswap.org to buy these tokens.\
\
Waiting for a coin to list on a Centralized Exchange may result in investors missing out on being 'early' and thus voiding crucial gains. At the same time, transactions with DEXs like Uniswap are often slow and fail easily, leading to wasted transaction fees, which are especially high on the Ethereum Mainnet.\
\
To solve this problem, several developers over recent years have developed trading tools to improve the trading experience of decentralized tokens not available on CEXs. These trading tools, such as Maestro and BananaGun, are often integrated with Telegram, a popular messaging platform for Crypto investors. With these Telegram trading tools, users can input any new contract and buy or sell tokens with just a few presses in a Telegram app. These trading tools on Telegram have greatly simplified, sped up and optimized investors' trading experience with DeFi tokens, with many users now sticking to Telegram bots for all their trading.\
\
Surprisingly, however, the prevalence of web-based trading solutions that improve the trading experience offered by uniswap.org is much less. For users preferring a web-based client, there are much less options, especially on Ethereum. As such, most investors have to go through the process of integrating wallets into Telegram and take associated risks. Moreover, the use of Telegram-based platforms to trade always requires more sets of resources - a platform to find new or existing contracts, contract scanners, and other tools. As such, most advanced DeFi investors use BananaGun or Maestro in combination with services like DexTools, whereas 'old school', less advanced traders or traders who do not have Telegram or prefer trading with a web-based client are obligated to use slow and risky platforms such as uniswap.org. This introduces the need for an all-in-one web-based platform similar to BananaGun and Maestro, which also tracks 'Live Pairs' and other statistics and opens the way for a solution like Triton, which is introduced in the chapter [Triton Sniper](/triton-sniper-product-docs/our-solution/triton-sniper.md).
